D 10 is effective against bacteria (including MRSA and TB bacteria), fungi and many viruses (limited virucidal action against enveloped viruses including vaccinia viruses, hepatitis B and C viruses and HIV as well as non-enveloped viruses, e.g. adeno viruses, noro viruses)
